Hey there!
My name is Ayano and I’d like to start by saying thank you for checking out my website. I founded Chi Chi Yoga because I know everyone can relate to self-discovery. This is a safe place for us to share our own journeys of self-discovery and to connect. I first want you to learn a little more about me and why I started Chi Chi Yoga I love yoga and fitness.
I’m a Certified 200hr RYT.
In addition to yoga and fitness, I love to talk about health and living purposefully.
Overall health is the most important and prominent thing I will preach because this is what our community is based upon! Living a healthy life also means living with intention. Every single choice we make decides the life we want to live and that can either be full of intention and authenticity or not. Unfortunately, it seems like our society molds us to make choices without purpose especially with the technology age in full swing.
BUT this is why I created Chi Chi Yoga!
I want to guide you to a healthier life filled with self-love, improved relationships, good food, balance, and just moving your body. Why? Because every day is a step in the right direction if you allow it to be. So know that I am always with you in your journey of self-discovery and self-transcendence. We can figure out all of the craziness together and I hope that you will find value in my site! We are, after all, on a journey to find ourselves.
